Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeniPath ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. GeniPath is operated by Ayman Shalaby ("we," "us," "our").

2. Description of Service

GeniPath provides an AI-powered pipeline that guides users through idea discovery, SaaS feasibility assessment, and technical specification resulting in an eStage Genesis Master Build Prompt. The Service includes free Idea Discovery and paid Path Credit packs. Agency plans are offered separately, by inquiry.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Path Credits and Billing

Path Credits are consumed when you confirm an idea and begin a complete feasibility study. Credits are not deducted during Idea Discovery. Path Credits are sold in packs, and purchased Path Credits do not expire. Agency plans are billed monthly in advance under the terms agreed at signup; agency pool credits are issued monthly, and agency top-up credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Agency plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and refunds are not provided for partial months. Path Credit pack purchases are otherwise final. If GeniPath fails to produce a feasibility study due to a system error, the Path Credit used for that study will be restored to your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying models; use automated means to access the Service; upload malicious code; or use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The GeniPath name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property. The Build Blueprints and specifications generated by the Service belong to you, the user, and you may use them for any lawful purpose including building applications on eStage Genesis or other platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular business outcome will result from using our feasibility assessments or build specifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeniPath and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. API Service

The GeniPath API is a separate service from the GeniPath application and from agency plans, and is governed by this section in addition to the rest of these Terms. API access requires a one-time activation fee, which includes a starting credit balance. API usage is charged against a prepaid credit balance at the per-stage prices published in the API dashboard and documentation; a charge is final once a stage has been entered. API credits are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and never expire. API credits, application Path Credits, and agency plan paths are separate balances and cannot be exchanged or spent across services. If you enable auto top-off, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for your chosen top-up amount whenever your API balance falls below your chosen threshold; you may disable auto top-off or change its values at any time in the API dashboard, effective for future charges. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all usage under your keys. We may suspend API access for abuse, non-payment, or a violation of these Terms.
